Embody Love Movement is a non-profit whose mission is to empower girls and women to celebrate their inner beauty, commit to kindness, and contribute to meaningful change in the world. Dr. Melody Moore is doing incredible work and shares with us her own personal struggles with body image, her traumatic childhood, how yoga came into her life, and the importance of pausing and taking a deep breath. She even opens up deeply about her affair and the importance of learning how to forgive yourself.
